yzerman19 Posted January 3 Posted January 3 I was going to write the worst note ever seen- bottom line is we can't compete without top dogs

AlphaMikeFoxtrot Posted January 3 Posted January 3 Holding out hope that we've got a silent commit from a blue chip CHLer and that's why we haven't had one yet. Unrelated, skated with this kid a few days ago and he's legit. Keeping his college options open. https://www.eliteprospects.com/player/881399/brody-gillespie

Their brother Landon Ruck is playing U15 as a 13 year old and doing well. Ryan Lin and Mathis Preston are at the same points and high ranked 2008's Keaton Verhoeff big (6'4") offensive defensemen To follow up on Schultz, he just put up video game numbers at the prestigious Circle K Classic. And he’s significantly younger than everyone else. Appears to be the cream of the crop at that birth year.

He seems to play like a wing and not a center to me from what I've seen. I also didn't see much passing from him in highlights.

Shattucks Prep team won the tourney and they have ‘06’s on their team.

When was the last foreign player UND had? We had the likes of Janatuinen, Hoff and Tomek, who didn’t make huge splashes, but we need to be a bigger player for some of the elite guys with BC, BU & Michigan having a pipeline to the NDTP. It is an international game, and we need to take advantage and get guys like Mietinnen, Borgstrom, Heinen, etc. Could use another Spirko ourselves.

The Czech WJ star playing in the WHL should be getting some offers. Only pitfall about commits from CHL is if they decide to take a pro offer instead.

You have to go all the way back to last year with Ludvig Persson. Before that? The two years prior with Jakob Hellsten.
