Soccer 2017-2018 Season

UND won its Exhibition opener 1-0 yesterday. They generated a ton of chances. Below is a more detailed recap and quote from our new coach Chris Logan. This is an offensively minded team that will earn a lot of chances this year.

I'm just waiting for Sicatoka to give an unnecessary scolding disguised as a pep-talk post about soccer needing to perform like he did for softball.

For some reason I didn't see one about football, basketball or men's hockey though.

Watching auburn v und .  Apparently s. Dakota and N Dakota are the same state. Guy says und is trying to be the top in the state. They are half way there with the win against ndsu and loss against sdsu.

Also und has the advantage since they didn't play full game friday. Never mind auburn is at home

Throw a shoutout to soccer here, they shutout both Idaho State and Weber State at home, 2-0 start for the first time in a while.

UND women's soccer is #205 out of 322 on the Massey rankings, probably the highest they have ever been.  Montana is the highest Big Sky team at #91.  Idaho St and Weber St are both lowly rated teams at 269 and 277.  UND's best performance so far was a tie against #113 N Iowa.  NDSU has fallen badly this year as they are #266.
