Marty
If they pick anybody other than Murray the Sioux should leave the WCHA. I HATE THE GOPHERS! (just letting off some steam)
redwing77
I think it should be R. Potulny. His game winner to beat the Huskies was clearly the goal of the year and therefore, by that alone, he deserves ROTY. And if you believe that, then we should be set for Jake Brandt to win the Hobey this year.

Based on his USHL stats, his position in the NHL draft and the fact that he'll be a better player than Murray and Porter in three years, he's the obvious choice. sioux fan in phoenix
How can anyone not vote for Murray? Anyone who looks like they're 14 but plays like they're 24 gets my vote. Although Porter doesn't have nearly the #s, he's been awfully important also.
PCM
PCM, now behave! Jeez, try to help out the Gophers and they get all defensive about it.
GBpakrzz
Murray, without question. Keep an eye on Suter at UW though. He is as good a defenseman as Parise is a forward. Both of them will have long careers in the NFL.

Both of them will have long careers in the NFL. Of course, the NFL wouldn't have much use for hockey players. Maybe they should try their luck in the NHL. MinnesotaNorthStar
He's "hard nosed" if he's on your team. and your point is............... Yes, Drew Stafford is a good player too, but Murray is 17-22-39 on the year, good for 3rd on the team, and Stafford is 8-19-27...which is good for 6th. Stafford is a good player, but I believe IMHO that Murray has contributed a little more this year than Stafford has.
