Hakstol continues tradition

If the "odd man out" would've been Rube Bjorkman the answer would be "all have winning records at UND".

Joe Brown is on record at 1-2 .333

...and the fact that this goes back to Brown but he coached precisely 3 games in three years is confusing....but I'm easily confused.

I was thinking "DI era" (1948 and on). Yes, Joe Brown busts that.

The answer is they have all coached and won 1 less championship than they coached in.  So for all that didn't make it to the championship game, that holds true too.  It may seem cheesy but there has never been a coach that has won every championship game he coached.

I'm still confused over the thread title...

Each has lost one title game is an easier way to put it.

Hakstol 0-1

Blais 2-1

Gasparini 3-1

May 1-1

etc.

Those who didn't coach in a title game still count by the way he worded it.

Thorndycraft was 1-0.

Hakstol continued that trend.

But isn't "Hakstol continue tradition" a little like "Og make fire" in terms of using proper English?

i'm surprised that it took mafia this much time to correct it. I couldn't figure out how to correct the thread title.

Well, it's not nearly as bad as my "Chris Gomez" baseball thread title last summer...I'll hit the "correction button" for you:

"HEY SICATOKA, CAN YOU CORRECT THE THREAD TITLE PLEASE?"
