Craig Bohl to Wyoming

Umm....is north Dakota known for being a leader in farming or in law/medical? I'll give you a hint..."moo".

Bonanza farms were producing large yields before NDSUAAS was established, so I believe the soil probably has something to do with the success of farming in North Dakota.

The UND Med School is recognized as one of the leaders in Rural Health, but of course you may not have known that.

Really? UND puts out great doctors, but also has great programs in PT, OT, medical laboratory science, athletic training. Brand new building coming....as a ND person, you should be proud of that! Craig Bohl coaches a football team, the careers above actually mean something. Bubba>Klieman.

Your vocabulary and education needs some improvement. Rural Health refers to the special needs and opportunities that healthcare faces in rural areas. You know, like the state of North Dakota. It is a very important topic for this state and many other parts of the United States. But of course it wouldn't be important to a student at NDSUAAS who only cares about the NDSUAAS football team.

Hey there will always be a need for quality signature gatherers - especially those that can get the signatures without leaving their apartment.

I agree......but

Coach Bohl and several of the assistants are still being paid by NDSU and have been paid by NDSU to recruit these kids

and

his contract does state that he cannot contact kids that NDSU has been recruiting unless Wyoming was already actively recruiting them..

That clause in his contract was never going to be enforceable. The timing of Bohl's announcement and the fact that he was allowed to stay throughout the playoffs were both pretty terrible situations for NDSU. If Taylor hadn't been able to convince Klieman to take the job they'd be up !@#$ creek without a coaching staff.

I wonder if the clause is specific to only Bohl and not the assistants that are going with him to Wyoming? So could Vigen, et. al. reach out to the NDSU recruits for Wyoming instead of Bohl?

Bohl to recruits: I can't contact you after the game in Frisco. Here's my new number...

Recruits to Bohl: thanks coach.

Bohl to recruits: remember, I can't contact YOU.

Unenforceable clause averted.

I've already mentioned the obvious but that's a perfect way to explain the obvious loophole in that clause.

And, if you see a "307" area code on your caller ID, pick it up immediately!

Define super different. Longer distances to services so patients are in worse condition before they get care, this includes emergency services and regular medical services. Higher rates of chronic conditions and things like cancer. Aging population. Less access to specialists. Lower rates of insurance that result in less preventative care and more serious conditions. Shortage of providers. Less access to up-to-date equipment and lower access to new technology. Lack of mental health services.

It appears that there is quite a bit of difference between rural and urban healthcare.
