Blackheart Posted January 31, 2014 Author Posted January 31, 2014 Also a good chance Warrant or Poison is coming soon to a NA casino near you! Not sure if Warrant is still around as their lead singer (Janie Lane?) died a few years ago...they were actually supposed to be playing in GF shortly after Lane's body was found...apparent drug overdose iirc... MafiaMan Posted January 31, 2014 Posted January 31, 2014 Uncle Toms Cabin kicks ass! Totally agree! I know their most popular song was Cherry Pie, although I never did understand the video and what that all meant. Anyways, I always hated Cherry Pie and Heaven but Uncle Tom's Cabin...damn, that's an '80's big hair band top ten song right there. Quote

Saw an interview with Lane talking about this album...he hated Cherry Pie single as well...the album was going to be called Uncle Toms Cabin until the record company decided they needed another single...he looked a little crushed just talking about it...at least we got to see Bobbi Brown in the video... MafiaMan Posted February 1, 2014 Posted February 1, 2014 #9...a bit of a surprise for most folks, but this one had me hooked the first time I ever heard Marq Torien scream out the opening line...Smooth Up in Ya...whatever that means... Quote
