GeauxSioux Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 I thought Miller was red-shirting ? Quote
FSSD Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 Well, it looks like - Jake Miller just lost his red shirt - first carry 9 yards... looks like Mitch is out!?!? Quote
Stromer Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 MIller redshirt came off - I hope that doesn't mean Sutton is seriously hurt! Maybe not seriously hurt but hurt enough not to return today. Quote
siouxforeverbaby Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 Sounds like Mitch is out for the game at least Quote
FSSD Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 I thought Miller was red-shirting ? I think Sutton being out forced the move.. Quote
FSSD Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 Looks like a nice crowd... I wish I was in GF today.. Quote
FSSD Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 Jake Miller - TD - welcome to FCS football.. Quote
GeauxSioux Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 Hardin is a stud! Nice throw by Landry as well. Quote
FSSD Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 UND is leading.. 28 - 0 midway through the 2nd Q Quote
UND Fan Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 Nice throw by Landry as well. You are correct that Landry is on the money today! Quote
siouxforeverbaby Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 Where has this team been this year so far? Quote
GeauxSioux Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 Is the no-huddle pistol catching on? I was watching Southern Miss last night and they appeared to be running it. Quote
Stromer Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 Where has this team been this year so far? I would think some of it would have to do with the quality of opposition they are facing. Quote
BigGame Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 I would think some of it would have to do with the quality of opposition they are facing. That would be the correct answer, the quality of opponent can definitely change how well a team can execute. Quote
siouxforeverbaby Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 I would think some of it would have to do with the quality of opposition they are facing. that too, but we seem to be playing better as a team and as players....how we play as a team is not about who we play but how we coordinate together. And its a lot easier to coordinate when you arent up against the level of size, speed, skills, etc. as the previous opponents. Granted I do agree that they look better today. But alot of that is likely attributed to the opponent. My biggest hope is they take the confidence and reps from this game and use that to improve against FCS competition. Quote

Hambone Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 So I haven't had a chance to listen to the game, and the last score update here was 31-0 and looking at cnnsi.com it is now 48-0. What's happened in the second half? Miller getting a lot of carries? Quote
Wilbur Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 Exactly what they should be doing to this opponent. Get better for next week. Quote
MattC Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 I left after the beginning of the 4th. On the way home I heard it was 55-7 with 3 minutes left. Edit: Game ended 55-14. Quote
Let'sGoHawks! Posted September 19, 2010 Posted September 19, 2010 This could have been wayyyyy worse. You got the feeling they could go deep on these guys on every play. Lots of runs in the 2nd half, great job by Sioux, look forward to next week and an FCS opponent at home. Quote
