Sioux_Hab-it Posted April 13, 2007 Posted April 13, 2007 Mike Commodore will play for Team Canada at the World Championship in Russia later this month. http://www.tsn.ca/canadian_hockey/news_sto...99&hubname= Quote
Big A HG Posted April 15, 2007 Posted April 15, 2007 Maybe I missed it, but what's the deal with Smaby right now? He wasn't on the active roster for Springfield, so I checked at TB's roster and he wasn't on there either. Where'd he go? Quote

He is on the pipeline roster for Tampa Bay, I know it confused me too. he was called up but because he is on the pipeline, he is a healthy scratch for every game. My best guess it is so he can play if someone gets hurt, but that still doesn't make sense as to why they are keeping him up. He has been a healthy scratch in almost every game since he was called up a month ago. Quote

GeauxSioux Posted April 16, 2007 Posted April 16, 2007 Travis Zajac Interview McKeen's: You have set a precedent now with the league you played in and your draft position. Do you think you gave the league (BCJHL) any credibility with your success? Zajac: I am not too sure about that, however I can say that the college game is getting more exposure. College hockey is slowly becoming a good springboard for players coming into the NHL. Quote
