The Sicatoka Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 Is Brad Childress out there for the Bengals? C'mon, it's Denny G who can't run a clock. Chilly can't find a young QB. Quote
fightingsioux4life Posted September 19, 2008 Author Posted September 19, 2008 Let's keep them off the board here!!! Quote
Sioux27 Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 Nice win for the Sioux!!! 4-0 baby!!!! Quote
fightingsioux4life Posted September 19, 2008 Author Posted September 19, 2008 A meaningless TD for Idaho State with no time left on the clock. Oh well, a win is a win. Quote
SiouxMD Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 Game Over but ISU scores a TD on the last play. Quote
bincitysioux Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 TD on last play of game, disappointing. Sioux Win. Quote
The Sicatoka Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 Congrats to ISU for scoring a meaningless TD ... UND 38 ISU 35 Final Be sure to attend ISU's summer clock management camp. Quote
wyomingsiouxfan Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 Does ISU's coach think he's Brad Chilldress or something? That dude needs to be fired. A win is a win....eventhough it's ugly, I'll take it. Quote
Sioux27 Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 Nice win guys Now go get some rest and get ready for SE Louis Quote
Let'sGoHawks! Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 Horrible 2nd half, but a win is a win! Congrats to the Sioux! Quote
SiouxMD Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 Congratulations to Coach Mussman and the boys! A short week left us flat in the second half but we got the job done. I'll take a win on the road. GO SIOUX Quote
SiouxCrioux1 Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 Wow UND's secondary needs to get better in the time off or they are gonna be in some trouble. Quote
Sioux27 Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 Congrats to ISU for scoring a meaningless TD ... UND 38 ISU 35 Final Be sure to attend ISU's summer clock management camp. Friggin hilarious Quote
BigGreyAnt41 Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 Next game: LOTS of rest, and an altitude of only 44 feet. Quote
The Sicatoka Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 Boys, get home, rest, heal up. Good job. Mussman: Runnin' out of corners. They attacked true freshmen. Took responsibility for 12 men penalty (that really ran out time). Murray with 204-ish. Quote
Sioux27 Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 Mussman is right.........This win goes to the hogs Quote
fightingsioux4life Posted September 19, 2008 Author Posted September 19, 2008 FINAL SCORE UND 38 ISU 35 The question is, what will we have left for next week? We had 21-0 and 31-7 leads and barely won. Let's hope the 9 day gap between games helps us out, because we'll need it for SE Louisiana. Quote
GeauxSioux Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 What a crazy game, but in the end the good guys coming out on top is what mattered. Have to hand to ISU to come roaring back when down 31-7. 4-0 Go Sioux!!! Quote
GeauxSioux Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 Thankfully altitude is not a problem in Louisiana. Quote
CMSioux Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 Ryan Who? Great win, it's going to be like this every week in FCS, lots of speed and size. Quote
The Sicatoka Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 Seriously, ISU was moving the ball, they had two TOs, and they try to run a "hot" FG? The only thing I can figure is it was fourth down (right?) and they thought they could get the TD against a tired Sioux D after the FG. Then again, there's a massive assumption in there: Get the onside kick. Their coach better be ready for some interesting questions from the media. Quote
Sioux27 Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 Thankfully altitude is not a problem in Louisiana. Maybe the 2,000 foot drop in altitude will have our guys getting too much O2? Quote
GeauxSioux Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 Maybe the 2,000 foot drop in altitude will have our guys getting too much O2? Another plus is the humidity seems to have gone away in the past few days. Hopefully that will last. Quote
bison fan north of GF Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 Hey thats a nice win for you guys (& gals). What is the altitude there, I think our team needed oxygen in the 2nd half too. Quote
The Sicatoka Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 The "game ball" goes to the O line for that 12 play, 6+ minute, drive to re-establish a 10 point lead. However, everyone on O gets props for not going into a panic and just doing the job that their D needed them to do. Team fellas, team. Quote
