Upper Deck
Okay, million dollar question: I have the Dishnetwork sports pac that gives me FSN.........in Ohio. I assume I'll be getting the game (as it's on the Dishnet guide), but is this game going to be blacked out everywhere except in Grand Forks so as not to impede the ESPNU national broadcast rights (to play the damn replay tomorrow)? If you have FSN NORTH, you will get the game.
Bob in Wisconsin
Bob, the Badger game is live on My Network Tv. Yeah, but that's only in Madison right? I'm in Wausau.

AussieSiouxFan
For those without ESPNU here is a way to watch ESPNU on your pc: You need to have both the VLC media player and Sopcast installed http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ http://www.sopcast.org/ Once you have both programs installed: Open this sopcast stream: sop://broker.sopcast.com:3912/22668 (can do this in a new browser [at least on firefox] by copy and pasting in the html bar) Once you have a solid sopcast connection, open the VLC media player and go to File/Open Network Stream Go to the network tab and enter http:// 127.0.0.1:8902 (without the space after http://) in the HTTP/HTTPS/FTP/MMS field Click OK Do not close sopcast once the feed starts in VLC. RedFrog
does anybody know if VLC can be used with firefox That's what I am using and it works fine for me. When you install VLC, make sure you select the "mozilla" add on as that is what FireFox is. I can't help those having problems as this is my first time using it too. yekcoh
"Slingbox" would have been the way to go for those who couldn't get the games on TV. Just set it up with a friend who has DirecTV or Dish and you would have been good to go. We use them at work all the time and they are easy to set up and use. NORGE
I just downloaded and installed it. It will want to contact an ad server and a google server. Thats all I've found so far. The A/V may see this as hostile activity but so far everything is working well for me.
SportsDoc
I downloaded both yesterday and watched games and have had no issues. I use AVG 7.5 for my antivirus, and it let it through. Ran a scan after, and it was clean. Note: I am not a computer guru, so remember that when using my advice on computer stuff!
