Upper Deck Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 UMD has a solid PK. How about a few shots . . . Quote

Upper Deck Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 Anyone hear anything on Chay besides from TV? Quote
siouxforeverbaby Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 Anyone hear anything on Chay besides from TV? nope, I have Duluth announcers and they think everything should be on us, their cfb wasn't close to a cfb. I also don't think they realize that they are still on the air during tv timeouts either. Quote
nd jg Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 Anyone hear anything on Chay besides from TV? Sweeney said it was something with his wrist Quote
t_speaker31 Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 Anyone hear anything on Chay besides from TV? something about an ice pack earlier Quote
yababy8 Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 my webcast through fightingsioux.com is horrible and it was for the sat game too. Are others having same problem and if so is it better throught B2? Quote
brianvf Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 my webcast through fightingsioux.com is horrible and it was for the sat game too. Are others having same problem and if so is it better throught B2? It's the same feed, so it would be equally as bad. Quote
AZSIOUX Posted March 2, 2008 Author Posted March 2, 2008 my webcast through fightingsioux.com is horrible and it was for the sat game too. Are others having same problem and if so is it better throught B2? same as it was yestrday for me. not great quality but no in and out, just a smooth feed with a so so picture. works for me. Quote
Sioux_Hab-it Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 something about an ice pack earlier Losing Trupp is one thing, this team can't afford to lose Genoway at this time of year. Quote
siouxforeverbaby Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 my webcast through fightingsioux.com is horrible and it was for the sat game too. You just deal with the Duluth announcers, which consequently one of them is running to the can and for a coffee before the senior day event. Quote
farce poobah Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 End of 1. no score UMD pp for 1:55 to start the period. We miss Genoway. We look a little intimidated. Actually both sides look a little intimidated, moving the puck a bit too quickly ... Quote
Bob in Wisconsin Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 It's the same feed, so it would be equally as bad. Probably a webcast of a webcast. Quote
RedFrog Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 Chay headed to the locker room at the first TV timeout after his injury, Sweeney said he had an ice pack on his right wrist. Quote
sprig Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 Good exchange for the Dogs on the cfb (since the Sioux didn't score), Gergen for Genoway. Quote
redwing77 Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 Here's my first period thoughts: UMD Overall Grade: B+ (A if they would have scored) UND Overall Grade: D- (F if UMD would have scored) UND had a 5 minute PP and didn't play like they were up a man until half the PP was over. They managed 5 SOG during that PP amazingly, but really only 1 maybe 2 were legit scoring chances. Pathetic. Martens' penalty was just Martens getting beat. I hope Genoway comes back. UMD came ready to play so far. UND came ready to watch UMD roll over. If things continue to go the way things are going, UND will be looking at the scoreboard wondering how to get back into the game. UMD WILL score. Thank goodness our D has been solid and JPL has been solid. Not impressed at all with our efforts up a man and in the UMD zone. Quote
yababy8 Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 same as it was yestrday for me. not great quality but no in and out, just a smooth feed with a so so picture. works for me. that's weird, if i play an on demand game like one of the Denver games its smooth as silk but these Duluth games are not even watchable. Im getting smooth audio but vid about 20% 0f the time. no one else having this issue? Quote
Tsiouxnami Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 Ok, since I am a novice at this. . .is it possible to hook a laptop to your television to get the game on tv? (Can you use the S-Video port or am I way off base?) I know some of you have mentioned that you are able to do this and I was wondering how? Quote
