Exactly, I was predicting the delayed run to Brady on 3rd and 8......I was totally ok with us running on 3rd and 8 in that particular situation because if we just got close we could go for it.

Let's win this one so we can play pretty loose next week.....because we should be in with 8 wins.

I would go OL, Kickoff coverage team, then Rudy as in order of importance. If the OL is dominating even some pretty boring an unimaginative game calling can bring success if we are getting 4-5 yards at a crack. With studs out though, everybody else (coaches and players) need to be on point tomorrow.

I have the same feeling as you, we didn't play very well on offense the past two weeks with Studs, and we've shown last year how ineffective we are without him. I'm hoping our running game finds itself again, and Rudy calls a good game. If I was them I'd do nothing but stack the box against us. Like the rest of you our special teams concerns me, especially against them. The whole team has to step it up a notch with Studs out. I definitely think we can win, but not going to lie....im going to be extremely nervous at the beginning of the game....until we establish a consistent run game against them, then I'll start feeling better!

It's fun to think about all of the options and what could be, but for me I'm more concerned about us these next two games. Both are likely to be 4 quarter type of games, especially with Studs out. We have our hands full.

If the coaches feel there isn't much difference between Heidelbaugh and Bartles......I'd go with the senior. Still thought it was strange to put Heidalbaugh in for a play and then play Bartels the rest of the way. They had Heidelbaugh at the number 2 right? Maybe when he got in there, they just all of the sudden didn't feel that comfortable with him in there so switched to Bartles. But with a full week getting ready for the game knowing you may be starting maybe they'll go back to Heidelbaugh since he was the number 2 guy. Will be interesting to see which way they go.......although would be nice if Studs is ok to play, but don't want him to play if he's still injured and could re-injure it.

That's not saying much for Bubba then......because Bubba chose him.

Why have Heidlebaugh as the #2 QB if you have that little confidence in him that you pull him right away and don't trust him. Seems wierd.

We figured out a way to win.....that is what we needed to do, that is what good teams do. That sure wasn't pretty though......and can't say I have a great feeling. However it certainly beats the alternative and losing.

I guess I disagree with you guys, I was ok with the QB bootleg, if you catch them off gaurd you likely pick it up and seal the game. You can't always play call just to not get hurt.

This feels way too much like last year against them.......ugh.

Woops......they had to kick instead of going for 2 due to the penalty, my bad.

I almost hope they make this.....and then miss a field goal later. If they miss they will go for it on 4th down and try and get a TD next time they get it.

All set up with a short field on the kick off return......ugh.

Weber did have a huge comeback last week though, so I agree.....and me stating seal the win was premature. I just feel MUCH better up 11 since they have a crappy kicker.

Seal may not have been the best term. However if we get up by 11 like we just did....they need a TD....a two point conversion...and a field goal. I like our chances on that even with 5 minutes left. Although giving up a huge return like we just did.....ugh.

This is ugly now....but we just need to hang on and survive...and get the W.

Wonder if we'll even be able to get 5 yards of offense with our backup in.

Let's at least get a first down or two...take a little time and gain some field position.
