In regard to the name of this thread, my vote is for yes, we should have one.

I can't help but think the people saying we were running out the clock once we got the lead are looking thru rose colored glasses. what about before the 92 yard interception for a touchdown? Or the week before at MSU? Or the 7 1/2 quarters we went between touchdowns? I don't think anyone is arguing with the idea to stay conservative once 10 points ahead. We are running into a gauntlet of high powered offenses in the coming weeks. "3 yards and a 4th down punt" is not quite how the saying goes, is it? If we are admitting we don't have the players to run the said plays we are running....I've got a wild idea...... mix in some other plays that might work, or at the very least attempt to keep the defense honest.

when you complete about 1 pass per quarter, and are averaging 2 yards per rush, I think the offense has to try capitalize on over pursuit by the defense. by using bubble screens, etc. Mollberg has struggled, and the o-line has struggled. But i'm least impressed with Rudolph above all else.

I agree. most big sky teams are scoring 30 points a game by accident. Our offense is averaging what.... 8ppg? i'm afraid most conference games will have the feel of the Missouri State game.... where the defense does ok for awhile, but just can't be expected to handle the poor field position hand they'll be dealt by the offense, and will get worn down by these high flying big sky offenses.

I missed all the pregame stuff..... I just couldn't believe he was out there with the team. just ridiculous imo.

why on earth was he allowed to be on the sidelines? he was even in full pads, doing pregame warmups with the team. what the heck?

The defense has played inspired which is great, but there's not much else for the casual fans to get excited about to go attend games. Unless they like punts. And interceptions.
