Way to early to predict a record in my opinion. Common sense would say 7 wins and 1st round exit. They need to hit the portal hard after Spring Ball. Obviously help on the defensive side of the ball. Interested to see who they bring in as Offensive Coordinator. I'm think we will see an upgrade at QB. I'm guessing the Writing was on the Wall or Schuster would have stuck around 1 more year.

I think if he reach's the Quarterfinals he gets extended.

I like UND Hockey and Football Equally. I would like to see rather than a new scoreboard, or new locker rooms or weight rooms at the REA, use some of that money to invest in the football program. Seems like money is being spent the the REA on things that are not needed. It should be one university, but is seems like it is the Hockey program vs all other programs.

It will be very interesting when UND gets control of the REA in 6 years. I'm guessing a lot the the money will be funneled over to other programs within the university and there will be a lot of Hockey Only fans upset the the Arena is not being maintained at the same rate as before. Is it still true that the REA gets 40% of Football ticket sales? Is this documented anywhere or just speculation.

No Question IMO Pawlak is the best coach on the staff, but would hate to take away his time working with the O-line by promoting him to Coordinator. Maybe pull an SDSU and promote to Co-Offensive Coordinator/Offensive Line Coach. and hire a Co-Offensive Coordinator/Play Caller. And of course more Money.

If Paul Ralston is calling this a step up, that should be all the needs to be said to make changes at UND. It's one thing to be a farm system to FBS teams, but now we are losing coaches to rivals to lesser positions.

Yes, its a bad thing. How do you build a program if you put the time in to develop a player and they leave before you ripe the rewards. TBH, I would rather UND just drop all sports but hockey than be in that position.

I don't think it was mutual. There is spot on the Roster for him. I'm guessing he is graduating and UND does not have what he is looking for in a masters degree.

This one is the most upsetting. Can't blame Kilty, as he is going to end up playing FBS football. I think Tommy leaving was probably mutual and the I don't think the drop of at QB will be that great.

It worked from a new Head Football Stand point. Not from an AD stand point. Him wanted to stay D2 when the SU's were going D1 was the worst AD decision ever made.

I did not mind going for 2 there. At least he had an answer for his reason for going for 2. Bothered me last time when Bubba's answer was they go by what the sheet says. If you have a play you feel is going to work, I have not problem making it a 2 score game. Only real problem is they have only converted on 1 2pt conversation all year.

I guess I got my answer. I'm the only 1 that doesn't consider a loss and 3x3 win a split. Just my opinion. I will drop it as I need to go on with my day.

Doesn't even make sense. I would be upset if it was called a sweep when it was a Loss and OT Loss. Not the same as a sweep. I sweep implies 1 team got at whole pie and the other not nothing. A split implies both teams got 1/2.

I'll enjoy the season. OT win is worth 55%, not 67%. Either way it is not a split. IMO a good weekend is a sweep at home and split on the road. That should be the standard of a team looking to win a National Championship. National Championship should be the goal every year for a UND team. Like I said they have the right to improve and I expect they will with 8 new defensemen. Goaltender looks like a great pick-up. Only real point is this was not a split. As Saturday was 55% of a win.

No, but we didn't split. It's barely better than the shoot out win Mankato got the weekend before.

Anyone else annoyed by the fact we are calling this weekend a split. 3x3 ot wins are worth little more that a tie. They are only worth 55% of a win. Basically a loss and a tie on the weekend. Not real impressive. Blew a 2 goal lead and a late 3rd period lead. This team has the right to get better, but this was not a good weekend.

You are comparing 11 pts vs 12. My question is 12 pts vs 13. Trying to figure out how Bubbas chart shows to go for 2 with up by 11.

At that end of the day we won the game and are still alive for a payoff home game. If we would have beat NDSU in OT and blew out Indiana state we would be feeling pretty good right now. Will the opposite happened and we are in the same spot. Just hoping this last close call was the wake up call this team needed and they finish the season strong.

Not a good look for Bubba. I would rather hear some sort of reasoning than that a prior coaches charts says to go for 2. At some point over the years I would think he would go over possible outcomes of being up by 11
