Between the men's and women's teams and intramurals, there is not time available. You clearly don't understand how college arenas work. Did you even go to UND? The fact you care more about the nickname than the actual team speaks volumes here.

Perhaps not completely, yet. But UND is contracted as the primary tenant and there certainly isn't ice time available for an AHL franchise.

And why would UND allow them to use the Ralph?

1. It isn't going to happen. 2. If, in some alternative universe, it did happen, they'd need to build a new arena to play in.

I remember hearing that by signing right before the lockout he was able to secure a larger signing bonus than he would've been eligible for after the lockout. Not sure if there was truth to it or not though.

I think one of the biggest reasons many don't like Jones is the style of basketball his teams play. Gfhockey's description is still quite apt, these guys "just ball."

I think the Hak vs Blais thing is more for the fans. We have something of a connection with Blais. Most if not all of the current players don't have that connection.
