I would rather have 4 years of NDSU winning National Championships in football than 4 years of Biden.

It's all about Florida and Pennsylvania. If either candidate wins both, it's gonna be real hard for the other to overcome.

Here is my advice to Mitchell Miller. Come to UND and be the best person you can be. Not just on the rink, but more importantly, off it. Be a great student. Make the all academic team. But even better, be a role model to the kids in the community. Go to schools and talk to kids about bullying. Tell them about your personal experience about bullying and how you have learned from that mistake. Use this as an opportunity to prove all the naysayers wrong. Not just as a hockey player, but as a person.

The UND hockey team has had players get minors, open up cop cars to assist in getting fellow players out of custody, had drunken rants in the street destroying property, and peed in an elevator. And all this was while attending UND and on the team. And for every one of this instances, the coaches, fellow players, fans, and media gave them a second chance and they all ended up playing for the team after that. No better example of second chances than Matt Frattin. Arrested for disorderly conduct and left the team. Eventually welcomed back on the team and was a finalist for the Hobey Baker Award. Yes the UND hockey program has a high standard of character they try to convey. And most of the time that is the case. But no program is free from kids making mistakes and doing dumb things. My point is that if we can give second chances to all those players that did those actions while on the team, we can certainly forgive the actions of something that happened with a player that happened when they were 14 years old. Especially when he publicly made it known and apologized for it again without being forced too.

I think most will agree the black logo on the green helmet is a far better look.

I am really excited about Vaughn. With the new redshirt rules, he could play in half our games in the spring and still keep his redshirt. I think the job is Schusters to lose. He has shown he can make the plays and has the presence in the pocket. That being said, it will all depend on how the season goes. But I like our stock of QB's right now.

There will be a banner with the Fighting Hawks logo on it hanging in the Ralph.

New logo at center ice this year....kinda. Just “North Dakota” instead of “North Dakota Hockey”.

Ugh.....that's. dumb take. No school has "practice helmets".

So anyone else find it strange how all these breaking news, earth shattering, damning, shocking, etc. news stories that come out are always from a source that is coincidentally trying to sell a new book they just released? Funny how this information was so critical and needed to be told to the American people.....but if you want to know the whole story, you will have to shell out $29.99 on Amazon to find out!! Certainly not the first time this is the case, definitely won't be the last. Expecting many books with all these "fact" to be released in the next two months.

Cancelling all the non conference games thru October is likely the outcome. I would expect they would plan on starting the season with the Nov 6-7 series against St Cloud. Who knows about fans. If you can spread out 10,000 fans in the fargodome, not sure why you wouldn't be able to do 5000 at the Ralph. We will wait and see I guess.

Well, they are the Pirates. So they didn’t miss it by that much.

It is interesting that a story of something that “supposably” happens over 2 years ago comes out 2 months before the election at the same time Trump tightens the polls to a statistical tie. Also the same week the story of Nancy Pelosi violating local regulations at a salon dominates the headlines. If you don’t see what the media is trying to do you are in denial or ignorant or both.

Looks like the team has switched to the black logo on the helmets. Also looks like they got rid of the number as well. Definitely pops better on the helmet. A much better look!!

Not sure who is more clueless, Joe Biden or the people who are voting for him to be President!!

There will be a fair share of negative press (believe it or not) that say this game shouldn’t happen. I am skeptical that it actually will. So sure you may be hearing about NDSU football the next month, the focus will be on COVID testing and positive test results, and whether this game should be played.

Not sure I see the point in going through all the hassle it would take to play one game.

College football from September thru May? Hmmm. Maybe this isn't as bad as it seems!!
