Bubba has 3 years left on his contract. What’s the buyout? I don’t even care how much it is. Have to do it. Bubba has been here over a decade and has 1 playoff win. Unacceptable. Chaves needs to sit him down at the end of the season and give him a chance to resign. If he doesn’t you have to let him go. Don’t let him get away with firing the DC. There has been one common factor throughout these 11 years. And that is Bubba. Time to move on.

The Ziebarth thing is really a mystery. No idea why he isn’t getting carries. He’s out there but they don’t give him the ball.

Don't really have to hope they lose. It's inevitable at this point. We all knew that the Jacks were gonna win and likely roll us this weekend. We are 10 point dogs at home against the Yotes this weekend. And does anyone think we are going to beat a likely 8-3 Illinois St team on the road the last game of the season?!! This team is going to end the season 5-7, losing their last 5 games.

Will 2 bad loses, followed by 2 blowout loses at home, followed by a blowout to end the season with 5 straight loses be enough to have Bubba be fired?

So….any other plays in the playbook besides 1 look to a receiver and then scramble around and get tackled behind the line of scrimmage?!!

This team is frustrated. It shows. Not just from this game, but for how this season has turned out. After the whistle penalties shows it.

The only thing I know for sure is true is Bubba has been asleep during road games for the past 10 years.

So we basically have “Sleepy Joe” as a head coach. Pathetic.

Can I nominate this as quote of the year for the football threads?!! Pretty much sums up this teams mentality under Bubba right now. Sad but true.

Contracts mean nothing. UND fired Muss with years left on his contract. Will be a miracle if we go 6-6 this year. Unfortunately it’s gonna take another losing season or losses playoffs to make Chaves think about making the change. The road record is what it is. And you can’t have that lack of success on the road and be the 4th best team in the Dakotas and expect to keep your job. The time has come to move on from Bubba. Everyone knows it.

After a day of reflection, we can all blame the 2 point call, but the D was the reason we lost. They cant run the ball, they barely pass the ball, the only offense they have is their QB. Contain him and they got nothing. "You had one job" and they failed miserably.

Watch Ziebarth's 3 TD's. He is basically untouched for all 3 of them. A run play like that would have been a far better call for the 2 point conversion.

I just don’t get why this team can play so good at home and so unbelievably awful on the road. It’s mind boggling. And it’s been like this for a long time.
