Bochenski blocked a shot at the blue line and skated in for a goal with the defenseman draped all over him. Got some good love on OLN from Clement who even included that he was a North Dakota Fighting Sioux. He has a goal in his last two games. This one being one of them.

Vegas is probably a bad example. They are one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas.

Speaking of Kessel, it's been interesting to hear all the Minny fans bitching about him and his puck hogging. I really thought that he'd never do anything wrong in Gopher fans eyes, but I got to give them credit for criticizing him.

I'll be there for the first time. First year. I didn't realize until I got there that both boy's bball and hockey went to state last year. In '07 we'll move into a new high school.

The other interesting thing about Columbus was that everyone did the "Hey Song" cheer. Nice to see all the arms in the air. I still get asked if the Beer Song is our school song.

I teach @ Shakopee HS now, and you should be proud to know they've kept the very lovely indian head mural on the wall leading to the gym. Bloomington, MN is now where I reside by way of Palmdale and San Bernardino, CA for two years and East Grand Forks most of the rest.

Hak only talked to them for 40 seconds after the game according to Hennesey.

To add on, I was very impressed with Lee's stickhandling. I know some people start screaming "shoot" immediately, but Lee was creating better opportunities by stickhandling past an opposing player.

I also thought the DB was out of bounds on that. Plus, the a UND offensive lineman came up with one of the fumbles they gave to UNO. Did anyone else think that UNO had a few plays where they false started that weren't called? It seemed like one whole side of their line was jumping the snap.

Interesting how fast the "tough" guy got off the ice when Prpich was ready to go. I think Prpich came up to his shoulders. Also interesting to see Finley come on the ice when Prpich got kicked out. I wonder if the coaches told him to go out there. Seemed like Finley was ready to fight. As ugly as the ending was, the refs should have let it go. Let Marvin get DQ'ed along with whoever else. Get it out of everyones system, because now this is just going to boil over in Denver and it could be even uglier. At some point these two teams will go and at some point Punkobitch will get his bell rung.

Not sure where to put this: Cousin in AZ called me to say that someone was holding up a Sioux hockey jersey on College Gameday from Jacksonville today. Gotta love Sioux fans. I'll be at the game and ready to yell today. I hear the team is very focussed on this game. Should be fun.

I grew up on the same street as the "Fisher Flash." (seriously). One time he ran so fast that the siding on houses started to peel off.

Let us not forget that Mankato SUCKS on the PP. They had a five minute PP on Sat. and couldn't do squat. On Friday I believe they were 0-10. Hard to win games without getting the PP goals.

UND should quit using their names. They can't respect ours, so why should we respect theirs?

Missed the beginning of the game. The Indians have some very vertical bleachers. It was hard to breathe way up at the top. Ugly offensive game. Why were we throwing so much? The Indians had every screen play sniffed out. We finally did throw a few balls deep, but it was to guys that were covered and I think the wind did affect the ball a little bit. The running game was going fine, but was always upset by the crappy passing game. The fullback on the KO return ran OK. We should've had someone out there that could've caught up. Glas had a shot and whiffed. Our D played well, but it wasn't there best run stopping game. There were lanes out there. The Indians RB had a few runs over ten yards. A couple screens went for around ten yards. The good news is that they didn't go for huge yardage. Penalties are really killing this team. The personal fouls are getting bad. I don't think we deserved the one after the reception. From what I saw/heard, he just let out a "whoooo" after making the catch and got flagged. Should Lennon start benching some guys? A win is a win, but it seems that UNO is done feeling sorry for themselves and playing better. We need to start playing better as well.

Band is going to Mankato. Though Mankato won't let them march. I think they were hoping to go to Duluth, but it fell through.

Glas now holds the Sioux record for FG's in a season with 22 or 23. Also leads all divisions in FG's this year.

Should a person/group make reservations? Can they? How many people do you need? When's the best time to show up at the Bloomington establishment? Anybody else going there this weekend? (assuming they are showing it of course)
