If the competition is close, I'd like to see Studsrud take his redshirt and let Bartels and Mollberg run the offense. In my opinion, Studsrud would benefit more from another year to develop by watching.

I dunno, maybe Studsrod will make some gains in the off-season with accuracy. Accuracy can be affected by confidence and mechanics. He's had a full year in the program, now an offseason. That should give coaches a good chance to tweak some mechanics.

That's what gets me. Moore tries to take out Caggiula, totally dirty hit and should be out of the game (thought emphasis was on player safety?) but yet he stays in and ends up netting three goals? What the crap are we teaching kids who are watching? Take a run at the others teams players, you can still stay in the game...

Looks like defense is completely optional out east.

The goalie made no real effort at the puck and never even knew it was coming. He caught his own stick on Park's leg. Don't see that as interference, if it was, it was the weakest possible interpretation.
