Yeah, honestly, if Holy Family makes it out of the section, it'd probably be the biggest shock of the season (or pretty close to it). I agree at them being a 5 seed. Maybe they could inch up to 4, because they have a much better record than Eden Prairie, but EP has played a tougher schedule, so that might be bit of a stretch. I'd like to see Cathedral come out of their section so I could see Poganski play at State, as the only time his team was in the Twin Cities was a couple weeks ago on Hockey Day MN and their game went on at the same time as the Sioux/Gopher game. I live 10 minutes from Holy Family, so I can see Gersich play whenever I want haha.

Because NA would include Canada, and I don't think they're all top ten with Canada tossed in. Something I found interesting was that Wilkie and Gersich have the same birthday, are the same age, but Wilkie is a jr in HS and Gersich is a sophomore. Kind of funny.

Is this serious? He's a good player, but SO incredibly inconsistent. He disappears for stretches of a season, and I'm not just talking about a game or two, and I cannot call a guy the best player in the country if they do that. I think he's kind of overrated, to be honest.

Referring to the silver platter comment, it's a pattern at Mariucci. I've seen it more often than not. Dont make me drag out examples. Granted I thought it was a penalty, just not a five. No chance the Gophers win last night without that major penalty. I think the Potulny grudge comments are laughable though. Housley's team, not Grant's.
