JM versus EWU could be a really entertaining game in a few weeks.

I've said it before, no Easton Stick lead team will win a championship. It also doesn't help to have a defense that can't stop this offense and is fortunate to only be down 10. The reign ends tonight.

On that last pp there was a moment where UND actually had a flurry, the goalie was out of position and a partially wide open net was available and a puck was lying about 6 feet in front of 24 and he just stood there against the wall looking at the puck like a 6 year old who doesn't know what to do.

The line between the have's and the have nots isn't a very fine line in ND high school hockey. There is a reason why GFC and RR don't schedule teams like HB and Bottineau for NC games. Bismarck didn't have a choice and not to defend Peluso but these things happen.

Not saying this is what will happen but since 2005 at least half of the champions have failed to make the tourney the following season. Even mighty BC failed to make it after one of their titles.

Chemistry and consistency.

No it just goes to show that UND should win easily.

UND played against Wentz, the Spiders played against Wentz's caddy.

Unless this becomes a battle of back up qb's Richmond has no shot.

Unless this is a basketball game against Richmond no need to worry. I know people don't want to sound over confident but this is freaking Richmond with absolutely no football tradition at any level and UND doesn't lose playoff games at home. I said it before UND wins by at least two touchdowns.

No need to try and talk Richmond up, doesn't anyone remember how awful they looked in Fargo last year. UND wins just least 2 TD's.

On the flip side UND could have easily had 2 more losses but that did't happen either. Teams we're seeded accordingly to what actually happened on the field this season. UND ended up where they should have as did the Jacks.

NDSU's run will end this year, no team with Easton Stick will win a title. Jacks will pick them off in Fargo.

I've watched plenty of FCS football just not a lot coming from the Alerus Center despite having graduated from UND.

That goes to tell you how much of a down year it was. If Weber is the signature win, that is a pretty sad year for the schedule.

Too bad we don't have the scheduling god's like the football team where you don't have to face every team in the conference and in some you don't even get to play the two best teams. Just think if they didn't have to face Duluth or Denver we might not be having this conversation right now

This is starting to remind me of the 01-02 season. Not enough in the cupboard to get over the hump. The Hakstol teams that started slow and finished fast had the benefit of playing in a conference with 3-5 bad teams where you could make up ground. This conference doesn't allow for that. They need to figure this out quickly.

Keep the have nots on the schedule with Weber, Southern Utah, Sac State, NAU, Northern Colorado and Idaho State and stay in in the Big Sky.

This is like watching UND in the Frozen Four under Hakstol.

Pretty darn close with Kluber on the hill for the Tribe, if Cubs lose tonight for all intense and purposes it will be over.

As a Cubs fan I would rather sit through the 100 loss season of a few years ago than this crap. Get shutout for the fourth time in the last four games, pathetic. In the words of Denny Green they are who they thought they we're, an overrated team. Could Bryant stike out any more in key situations in these playoffs? MVP I don't think so. Could this team chase any more balls in the dirt? Hard to imagine, but we'll probably see more of it tonight. These are the Washington Capitals of baseball, great regular season and choke in the playoffs. Congrats Indians on what looks like you will be ending your long championship drought.

The actual overnight travel that goes on at the squirt level in GFYH is very minimal, maybe 2 or 3 tournaments in a 4 month span. It is the travel/cost that goes on outside of GFYH that gets insane for spring and summer hockey.

These protestors don't give a crap about the environment, they just love being the lead story on the news each night. Oh for a military mobilization to clear them out.

I'm not sure if the GFYH fraternity needs anymore members, they already rule the rights to passage
