I'm trying to piece this together. I plan on going to the UND/UNC Football game decked out in full Sioux regalia. (Of course, I'll do this 'til the day I die, so that's not going to change.) I know they will still be called the Fighting Sioux then. But, when exactly, or even unofficially, does it end? I was assuming for some reason on December 1st. But, I know the legislature has to meet first and reverse the bill that was passed and signed into law. However, are there plans in place to start using generic "North Dakota" jerseys for the Men's Hockey Team? Are they pulling all the Fighting Sioux items from the stores by December 1st? Maybe there just aren't clear answers on this until the legislature changes the law, if they change the law...

I'll be there. With a friend that went to UNC. We'll probably sit with the Sioux fans.

Good win for the Bison. I'm glad they won. However, that Minnesota squad is freakin' pathetic. A loss to NM State? They just lost to previously winless San Jose State! The Bison may be the best in their conference and may even take a run at the FCS championship, but they better not let this one over-inflate their egos!

If that game had any semblance of importance, I could watch it in my house. It's not on the lineup. I can, however, watch the UND/pee-yellow Jackets on my TV through the fighting sioux network online. (But, as a North Dakotan, I hope the Green and pee-yellow win over the Maroon and pee-yellow!)

I hope they humiliate them. Not for any other reason than I know a big booster for Black Hills State U. He is scum of the earth. Therefore, I want my school's team to destroy them. Go Sioux! NO MERCY!

Screw'em. They should invite the whole town to a game and the student band, in the little po-dunk Missouri town's honor, should play "John Brown's Body." Then tell them to go suck eggs.

I'm pulling for the Bison. Yeah, yeah, yeah... They are the enemy "down south". But, I am a North Dakota guy and absolutely hate the Goofers. I hope they pull it off again! Plus, when we start beating up the Bison again, we can point at the Goofers and say, "You're next!"

At Colorado State University they still sell "Colorado A&M" shirts in orange with "Aggies" at the bottom. Very popular with the students there. Absolutely nothing wrong with NDSU remembering its past. (Especially the Rocky Hagar period. Don't forget!)

I don't disagree at all. What I am saying that it just irritates the living Hell outta Bison fans that the state of North Dakota follows Sioux hockey much more than they do Bison football. But, I think that Sioux football will catch up after a few years in the Big Sky Conference.

I like UND football, but let's face facts. The premier college sports team in the state of North Dakota, by far, is the Men's Fighting Sioux Hockey team. Period. Ain't no doubt about it. That just eats away at the over-inflated egos of the Bison fans. bwahahahahahaahaha!

39 yards passing the whole game. 3 yards passing in the second half. This year is going to be a disaster. Oh well, I have better things to do on Sunday than watch this team.

Okay, I finally got with the 21st century this year. Have good 8 meg download high speed internet. A good laptop with an HDMI jack. An audio / video system with a 42" flatscreen TV. Yup. I'm modern now, baby! I can get ESPN 3 on my TV without a problem. So, before spending money on a package to get UND home games (I know it's more than hockey...but It's for the purpose of watching the hockey games) I would like opinions/advise. Are the games HDTV? Home games (in GF) only? Should I go three months? Any streaming problems? Audio problems? etc? Just throwing it out there! Thanks in advance!
