Now you got me started.... DU Fans. They're about the quietest, most boring fans in all of college hockey. They spend their time sitting on their hands. Unknowledgable also. Just horrible fans. They bore me. You could take a nap in that arena. The only thing that would wake you up is a few hard checks you might hear from their defensemen. CC fans...that's another story. They rock! I always have a great time in The Springs! But, I hate the Denver crowd. Boring, boring, boring bunch. No wonder that announcer got her panties in a wad. She's used to quiet, boring DU hockey. Well sweetheart, welcome to the real world. If you can't stand the hear, get outta our kitchen! Gwoz's actions this past year make me wish beyond all wishes that we sweep them in Denver. What a boor. What a maroon.

I'll give this a shot! Okay, first, NDSU will never be our rival until they can produce a mens hockey team that wins a national championship in D-1. Otherwise, they're a second rate institution. Period. Second, fire Hakstol. Don't bring Blais back. Bring back the ghost of Herb Brooks using a Quigi board at every game. Everyone knows that his soul will never rest until he wins a national championship for North Dakota. Third, The Red Pepper is the best Mexican restaurant north of Juarez. Period. (Don't say that it's not good food. Taste has nothing to do with it!) Ham and taco meat Grinders should be required food after every North Dakota hockey game. However, you will be required to fail a blood alcohol test before being allowed to order one. That's all I got!

I hope that UND scores more goals than Duluth by the end of the game. But, if that other stuff happens, that would be cool.

Winning is, well, so much better than losing. Now that we have WCHA #14, let's get #8!

Little confused. Is it 3-3 or 4-3?

I remember when Bowling Green showed up for a series. They had these ugly brown, green and orange sweaters. "Who the h*ll puked on your jerseys!" Then, these poor guys were wearing Bauer "Black Panther" skates. Good for pond hockey, but not the for D-1 level hockey. Jeez, they got taunted. That "back to the woods" chant is an old one. Just modified a bit. I also remember a nasty, "amputate" chant when an opposing player got a bloody nose. Those guys also seemed to know the names of the sisters and girlfriends of most of the WCHA opponents. It was brutally funny sometimes... Ah, those were the days. I just can't do the hangovers anymore!

I'm pulling for Bismarck. Not that I'm a huge Bismarck fan, but I think it would be good for ND hockey to have a team from the west win it.

I remember in the early 80's when Carl Miller (Athletic Director) would come down and make an obligatory visit when things got a bit "out of control". Everybody would yell, "Hello, Uncle Carl!". He'd start laughing on the way down the stairs. Everybody would do their best to look innocent. But, nobody would get kicked out. He'd usually just tell everybody to tone it down, then try to keep a straight face on the way back up the stairs while everyone would yell things like, "We'll be good. We promise!" Of course, it was a lie!
