I was just reading that. If that has any truth, the death penalty for their program isn't good enough. But, I would imagine there are law firms sniffing around for those former children willing to work on a contingency basis. If they are successful, especially if this is true, Penn State will be lucky to get to keep intramural sports on their campus.

I'm not saying this is even a possibility, but it did cross my mind. What if this would somehow affect their startup of the D-1 hockey program? Wouldn't that be interesting?

Overall, UND has a winning record against NDSU in football. NDSU will never win a true D-1 championship in any sport. FCS doesn't count. UND has 7 and more coming. Being subpar to UND is the best the Bison can hope for, and this IS meant as a slam.

They do have a good band, great music program there. Hopefully, their football team is as bad as they seem to be. But, the crowd won't be there. It's a non-conference game. Heck, even if it was a conference game, what would it matter this year to them?

Am I the only one posting here (Maybe I missed a prior post) about Michigan Tech? I didn't see them get any points in the USA today poll. Am I missing it? WTH is up with that? And Wisconsin got 15 pts after getting swept by them. Tech got jacked on that poll. They also should have cracked the top twenty in the USCHO poll.

Exactly! You know, these bozos running UND are really pissing me off. Issues like this make me wonder what other arbitrary and idiotic decisions they make that don't even get noticed by the public, much less the weak kneed media in the GF region.

Not sure they could handle reading numbers beyond 20. After all, they can only cipher as many fingers and toes as they have. Now, some of them do have an extra digit, so they might be better at blackjack which goes up to 21.

Just want to apologize. When the Sioux were down, I noticed that I had NOT put up my Fighting Sioux hockey player ornaments and bobblehead along with the UND pennant on my fireplace mantlepiece yet this year. I immediately put them up and they scored the final two goals and won. My bad. Won't happen again!

That makes sense. I don't see any "Sioux" logos on uniforms outside of Men's hockey. I guess that's a cost cutting measure on the athletic department. (Maybe I'm not seeing the logos and they ARE there, or maybe that's not a correct analysis?)
