Not that he's a prospective recruit anymore, but my gosh is Mitchell Miller killing it in the USHL. Won't be coming to UND, but someone is going to get themselves a player if they decide to put up with the screams from cancel culture. Perhaps a jump to Europe for the kid.

Kleven-Frisch Jandric-Farmer Moore-Johnson Bast-Ferner Not a huge difference between pair #2 and #3. Honestly if Kleven does leave you could throw Coop up to the top pair because the kid is ready for it and Frisch could play with me and be successful.

I saw them both a couple of times this year. Definitely stuck out, plus I got an inside scoop from a Moorhead parent on the next great Spuds to watch. The Cullen kid obviously has some pedigree as well. Helps when you have a former NHL guy on the bench. The buy in from that age group to the way he wants to play is outstanding.

He is such a good skater its ridiculous. I think he is in next year and Spicer may play a year in the USHL.

So my question is, why the playoffs his third year in the league? You watched him do that for three years and that was the time to start making him pay for his over the line play that hurt your team? I agree with not playing him to give his team a chance to win though for sure

Arraez killing the ball this spring, doesn't have the arm to play 3rd, so Urshela is the guy there, but he needs to play every day. You can use him as a DH every day because Sanchez won't hit his weight. Any trade takers on Kepler? Yeah, too late....

Completely different goaltending outlook in the NCHC. I've heard Chrona is out after the F4. Other than Ludvig and Vernon a lot of new faces.

I'd probably say Jammer ahead of Judd or Kleven.

Next season's captains guess: C-Frisch A-Hain, Kleven, Calder, Gaber, Jandric.... A couple different options, but I think Frisch is the guy.

Thankfully Fanti now gone, although they've got a good one in Stejskal. Sandy will be a stud for them soon though. Their goalie coach has a way of developing NAHL goalies.

I'm not gonna lie, If I was a decent hockey player getting recruited to the college game, you could throw all the Ralph has to offer and such, but if it came down to UND or playing at ASU.....ASU might win.... The campus, the golf, the weather, the girls.....yeah some things are more important than Nattys to kids nowadays.....

IMHO If they've got Spicer coming in its got to be in a top 6 role. He scored today, has had a good year on a GREAT U18 team, and adds finishing ability on a team needing it like UND.
