Think we saw that first period both teams are going to make each other earn it. Super unaggressive by us on the offensive blue line and Duluth isn't going to let us come at them with any type of steam. Going to take a gritty cycle goal to get either team on the board I think.

Then they go to the Kato game in OT with Holden on the call.....

Keeping the shifts short and rolling everyone. Duluth with great defensive structure per the usual.

They are so good at interference plays.....so good.

At least the UND players are saying the right thing. They're happy that they got to play a game yesterday. Seems like they believe it was to their advantage they got a game on the ice to adjust a bit. I'll take that mindset going into tonight.

Coaches mixed and matched a ton with top 5 d men yesterday. Seems like they all got shifts together at some point. Feel for Bast being a senior and all, but I've got to imagine limited minutes for him today. Can't allow him to be out against Koepke's line in a one and done situation.

The slash on Kleven by 23 would have been a fight in leagues that allowed it. Garbage play in a lost game. One team pulling crap because its over, and the other can't do anything about it because they still have something to play for.

Probably better clean some things up before we see the dogs tomorrow. Early lead meant a lots of shifts for Jammer's line, hopefully saved some legs for the dogs. First big test tomorrow comes in the Covid test.

Seen a lot of mixed and matched d pairs tonight by UND. 3-2, 26-24, 3-15, 3-24, 26-15. With Kleven sprinkled in everywhere.
