WTF is up with our entire athletics program at the moment?

I would have taken a bullet for Zim years ago, but the time has come for him to go. Winning in the NFL nowadays is about keeping up with the new trends of the game, and he is too stubborn to change. Need a fresh start with a coach who can utilize the offensive talent they have.

Vikings hold serve wrapping up an awful sports weekend..... At this point how can you not get rid of Zim? Tries to take back to back timeouts on defense???? Lost to a backup QB....again??? Heads gotta roll. Spielman too?

I think Senden-Hain-Jammer need the task of the Brink line. Really not sure who else you would want with the last change. What I wouldn't give for a guy like Prpich right now to skate with Gutman for a weekend.

Funny observation. Been listening to college football games for years on radio (Us, Notre Dame, Minnesota, NDSU) and I'm flabbergasted at how much UND broadcasters mention Baukol. Thirty years of Notre Dame and they never mention their S&C guy. I can't say anything bad/good about Nate because I'm not in the know. A few friends of mine that played at UND are 50/50 on him, which is any coach out there. Just interesting that he is praised a lot on the radio. NDSU mentioned their guy only because they knew he was headed to greener pastures.

I just can't believe Bubba heard that play call on the headset and went with it. Waletzco was destroying his guy off the ball, and we are running trick plays to pick up two yards? I'm trying to find comfort in this team not making the playoffs anyways because they needed to win in Brookings for a realistic shot, and its not working. *Watch them win in Brookings to go 6-5.....and miss out....

I think Gaber would be deserving. Created chances and finally got one to drop at the end. Took a dumb penalty 190 feet from our goalie that cost us a pp goal.

Hockey is the third most popular sport in the world..... Keep calling it niche if it makes you feel better about not supporting it at UND.

I cannot believe we lost that game. However if someone told me our team lost in that fashion I wouldn't doubt it.

From now on when we are running around and throwing the puck around in our end we need a guy to just fall on the puck and have his helmet fall off to get a whistle. Or maybe Driscoll faking a stroke would get us a whistle. A better chance than us trying to break it out ourselves.
