I should have said it's a great rating for GF. We just don't have volume like the metropolises in the previous post.

The key word is "per capita". While this a good rating for the greater GF area, it is no where near the other cities mentioned with their 3 million plus populations.

I can't remember all the hoops to jump through to get a special plate design but I know there has to be a minimum number ordered and each cost something like 100 bucks/plate. someone would have to take the iniative to get an acceped design and then see if enough could get ordered. Not much sense in doing it until a new logo design happens

Back in the day, UND would lose a lot before the break and then put it together for the stretch run. I hope we don't see the reverse of that this year.

I hear what you're saying, but those people can spend their money as they wish. They don't need your permission to go to las vegas and gamble or drive a cadillac or buy a plane ticket. It is their money and you have no business telling them how they should spend it any more than them telling you what you can spend your money on. Just listen to yourself once.

I think they should keep the logo on the HP car doors but to ensure that there isn't any confusion about it being racist, all patrolmen should be hired from the Fort Totten area and Fort Yates areas. If there aren't enough qualified applicants there they should look for more at Wounded Knee.

Brescanni will never match us there. Our negotiators are better at dealing with the legislature and they simply trust us more. If you combine the med school funding bill with the regular one, UND nearly doubles your school in state appropriations. Hell, It's almost unfair

I just read Mcfeely's article and it was a rile people piece cause that is his job. I think mcfeely is spot on for once though. A legislature loaded with Skarpohls is a big reason our state couldn't make it to 700000 people till a historic oil boom happened here. I seriously doubt Skarpohl's insight as to the workings of a university and I hope he doesn't decide to unleash his hate and outdated mindset on und.
