Going by the criteria given in the Herald, I'd guess Parise has a better shot than I originally thought. As I see it, "The Big Sioux" is the I-29 Cafe, which is located on 32nd Ave and I-29. Then there's also the "Roadhouse Cafe" located on Highway 2 and I-29 hence the nickname "2-29"
