Not sure what this kid is looking for. Been watching him since Mn HS tourney. Didn't have any toughness then and thought he was a reach to play at UND. But he has some talent, just needs to get some stability and going back to California doesn't seem like the answer. But. What do I know about kids these days?

Fragile. Got pushed around during HS tourney and was not very aggressive under the basket. Not sure anything has changed. Hope these kids are getting some career smarts in addition to playing BB. Stats are misleading I think.

The guy who thought it was a reach for UND to take him in the first place also thinks his stats (1st team all conference as a sophomore) are also overrated. Noticing

Northridge paid him, no one else.is paying him.anymore. Call, $400,000. U of M, $400,000. Northridge, maybe $100,000 but that's all that was being offered by anyone.

Spending money on football that UConn doesn't bother with.
Are those numbers for NIL or total basketball budget? Something seems off either way because UM spends more than $4.5 million in total on basketball but if UConn paid $34.5 million for their roster, they didn't get their money's worth...

Minnesota at $4.5 million is roughly. $4.2 million ahead of UND. In the NCAA there are "have's (UConn), "have nots" (Minnesota), "never have's" (UND)

So what does everyone want to fill out the roster? I would love a physical big man but seems like we don’t have much luck in that area. Otherwise, maybe a 6’4”ish perimeter defender.
