Sather is EASILY the Summit coach of the year at this point.

Tied for 2nd, predicted to finish 8th.

Get the coach right and it’ll solve 90% of your problems. ORU is the perfect example. Supposedly it’s middle of the pack Summit League job. Get the right coach and it’s a job you’re capable of winning
