Esoteric Posted yesterday at 02:28 AM Posted yesterday at 02:28 AM UND get that game on Sunday because St Thomas is going to generate pairwise points. Quote
cowboys5xsbs Posted yesterday at 02:30 AM Posted yesterday at 02:30 AM Not sure how I feel about Sunday games will have to multitask with football going on Quote
nascar99 Posted yesterday at 02:30 AM Posted yesterday at 02:30 AM The good: 1. Zakreski-Littler-Croal were awesome 2. Homer made some solid saves when tested 3. Verhoeff gets his first 4. Rickwood did a lot of good things most of the game 5. Team came out hard and were great for the first 30 minutes. 6. Liked that Laurila wasn't noticeable, no terrible mistakes I remember. The meh/bad: 1. Flat last 30 minutes 2. Kernan, Reschny, Zellers showed their youth and weren't great for stretches. Thought Verhoeff had some bad moments with the puck too. 3. Power play needs some adjustments Good dub overall! 4 Quote

Will take them a little time to adjust to the size and speed. It’ll come. Quote
ND_Texan Posted yesterday at 02:31 AM Posted yesterday at 02:31 AM Nice work overall. Beat the Tommies to loose pucks, crashed the boards, solid goaltending, and nice passing on the power play. Still too many stick penalties but pleased with what I saw. 4 Quote

brianvf Posted yesterday at 02:33 AM Author Posted yesterday at 02:33 AM Cut back on those stick infractions. Really liking Rickwood so far. Great portal pickup from the looks of it. Menghini showing some speed at times. 2 Quote
Hayduke1 Posted yesterday at 02:35 AM Posted yesterday at 02:35 AM Apologize if this is already here. Is the Sunday game on Midco or NCHC.com? Quote
nascar99 Posted yesterday at 02:36 AM Posted yesterday at 02:36 AM The fact that they put up 6 goals tonight and only had their foot on the gas for 30-35 minutes means this team could be pretty freakin fun once they get dialed in 3 Quote
Sioux90 Posted yesterday at 02:38 AM Posted yesterday at 02:38 AM Sunday will be more competitive I think. Solid start. Growing pains, but St. Thomas isn’t an average team. Quote

They're not super skilled but skate their a** off and work extremely hard all night. Quote
Sioux90 Posted yesterday at 02:41 AM Posted yesterday at 02:41 AM That James goal was the epitome of “Speed Kills”. Beautiful play. 1 Quote

There is something that went on with Berry and Jax. I am not trying to restart any speculation but it is odd how Berry is not really brought up in any conversations but Hak is all the time. I think Karl may have sided with the person who isn’t the coach now. 1 Quote
