why is it "taking a shot" at him to say he wasn't ready to be a FCS qb in the best conf in the country last year?

und and the heraldo should be pounding jerry's mug into everything they can to actually buildup und fb...instead of recycling qb4...move on.

was hinting that a lot of "fans" are pointing out that their talent level has dipped and are calling out players and coaches as "not good enough".....and some of the players are nice guys that played 7 man football too

We recruited the top ranked kicker from Kansas and an All-State kicker from Utah.  Apparently waiting for them to perform consistently enough to move ahead of Elrich. Elrich had 2nd best FG % in the league last year and we should expect him to improve on that. Unfortunately, he hasn’t yet.

I dont think people are upset about fg% as much as they are upset with missed point after misses. It hurt us in the kstate game and Montana.

if we miss the playoffs by 1 game (montana game) and we keep sending out elrichs this year with mixed results and next year one of the two above kickers are blasting 55 yarders down the middle will it be another time line like it was with Jerry..."he wasnt' ready...it wasn't time to throw out a freshman kicker"...."go ride a bike"....?

How about your guy that only completed 4 of 17 passes in the 2nd half.  Or the defense that gave up a 4th and 12 that would have sealed the game.  Plenty of blame to go around in that loss.

That's as dumb as saying if we win by 1 point it is only because we made the xtra point.  A lot of other factures go into winning an losing a game.  Assuming we make the kick that doesn't mean we win the game.  At best it goes to OT.  If the defense can make a stop or the offence can not give the ball back to Montana we win the game.
