The NHL in their uselessness in suspensions. Any cross check or slash to the head should be 20+ games and $1 million fine. I’m all for a player losing have a season for this crap. Get this out of the game.

The Minnesota Wild are acquiring forward Bobby Brink from the Philadelphia Flyers for defenseman David Jiricek, reports ESPN's Emily Kaplan.

Brink, 24, has 13 goals and 26 points in 55 games.

Jiricek has primarily played in the AHL this season. The 22-year-old was drafted sixth overall in 2022.

I go for a bunch of teams (i.e. Avs) but there are teams I didn't like (i.e. Florida)

Maple Leaf's fans make me not like them lol.

Wild I'm neutral on I'd like them to be good, but they have that Gopher dirtiness feeling.

I liked the Canucks since Bure, but they are such a dumpster fire since and also how they have been run. It's hard to like them especially with the divers during the last Cup run.

He also was unwilling to go West, meaning the Rangers were down to the Wings and the Canes. You are correct that Drury was asking too much for Trocheck

I don't know for sure, but the articles said he did not agree to go to a western conference team for family reasons and was down to Detroit and Carolina

I saw Hartman as the #1 center for the Wild. I thought he wasn't good enough to be a bottom two center.

He’s not a 1 but since his 10 game suspension last season he’s been more of a team player. He’s cut down the dumb penalties a lot and has chipped in offensively. I thought for sure he’d be traded by now but either nobody wanted him or Guerin wasn’t shopping him
