burd Posted Wednesday at 07:29 PM Posted Wednesday at 07:29 PM Bryn got his law degree at UND. Tarek Howard did too and is from Alberta. I wonder if his connection to Tarek is of any value beyond the fact that they are both former Sioux players. Quote

Usually that stuff is kept under tight wraps until the appropriate time. Sounds like Michigan's returning to the tried & true rent-a-mercenary approach since it's worked so well for them in the past. 2 Quote

Just saying, wasn't he the attorney of record in the nodal trademark situation. Quote

brianvf Posted Friday at 01:00 AM Posted Friday at 01:00 AM This is a humorous scouting report on recent Michigan commit Mews from the OHL. As a dman, his defensive skills appear to be his weakness. Quote
nascar99 Posted Friday at 02:40 AM Posted Friday at 02:40 AM Ben Kindel is someone I'd hope Bryn and Dane have called. Big time scorer in the Dub, clutch. 2 Quote

If UND is to be seriously competitive with other conferences in recruiting, it cannot allow a player of Kindel's caliber to bypass UND for a team in the B1G or HEA; especially when they've already got the OHL & QMJHL to draw from. McKenna may fly right over UND on his way to Ann Arbor, but cannot allow others like Kindel from the Dub to do the same. UND, & the NCHC in general, need to establish that league as mostly an NCHC feeder. 1 Quote
nascar99 Posted Friday at 04:40 AM Posted Friday at 04:40 AM Considering the Brad Malone connection, here's an Oshawa Generals forward that Bryn & Dane should inquire about: Owen Griffin (2007): 62 GP, 51 PTS in the regular season, but in the playoffs, 10 GP, 17 PTS so far. Starting to gain more attention for the 2025 Draft as a 2nd-4th round type. 1 Quote
nascar99 Posted Friday at 04:45 AM Posted Friday at 04:45 AM Another Oshawa Generals forward that should be pursued (especially if Michigan and Michigan State don't pursue) is Brooks Rogowski (2008): 66 GP, 23 PTS playing down the lineup in his 16 year old rookie season for the Generals, and he's a fast 6'6 center. Very solid possibility he puts up big numbers in 2025-26 with more ice time. 1 Quote
cberkas Posted Friday at 08:56 PM Posted Friday at 08:56 PM These 3 left off the WHL rookie of the year nominations. Mathis Preston 23-22-45 Jaxson Jacobson 15-29-44 Liam Ruck 25-16-41 (him and his twin would be nice gets and the youngest brother looks good too) Nominated (uncommitted) Landon DuPont 17-34-60 (looking at him already) Daxon Rudolph 7-34-41 Cooper Williams 21-36-57 Keaton Verhoeff 21-24-45 1 Quote
