SiouxTupa Posted September 10, 2005 Posted September 10, 2005 WSU seems to be moving the ball early in the 2nd half. They're on UND's 30. Longe had a late hit penalty that kept the drive moving earlier. They're on th 24 1st and 10 Quote
Goon Posted September 10, 2005 Posted September 10, 2005 UND intercepts the pass in the end zone killing another WSU opportunity. Quote
sprig Posted September 10, 2005 Author Posted September 10, 2005 Alexander intercepts a 3rd and long in the end zone. Quote

sprig Posted September 10, 2005 Author Posted September 10, 2005 Dressler for 10, then a 70 yard bubble screen for TD. Penalty on Winona, 31-3 Sioux, 10:35 to go in the half. Dressler making eveyone look slow, how 'bout that downfield block by the "very large" Kuper. Quote
UND Fan Posted September 10, 2005 Posted September 10, 2005 http://www.apple.com/quicktime <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Thanks! Quote

sprig Posted September 10, 2005 Author Posted September 10, 2005 Sioux force a punt, as does Winona, W fumbles the Sioux punt, Sioux again with the ball inside the 20. Quote
sprig Posted September 10, 2005 Author Posted September 10, 2005 Glas misses a 32 yd field goal, still 31-3. Quote
BigGame Posted September 10, 2005 Posted September 10, 2005 I haven't been very impressed with Belmore today. Quote
sprig Posted September 10, 2005 Author Posted September 10, 2005 Ulsberger sack on 3rd down. Muffed punt by Winona, penalty on the play on W. Sioux get the ball inside the 20 again. Quote
sprig Posted September 10, 2005 Author Posted September 10, 2005 I haven't been very impressed with Belmore today. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Quite a few plays designed for him to run today. He's played well. Quote
sprig Posted September 10, 2005 Author Posted September 10, 2005 NIce pass and run by Christianson, but he fumbles at the goal line, Winona takes over inside the 1. Quote
BigGame Posted September 10, 2005 Posted September 10, 2005 Quite a few plays designed for him to run today. He's played well. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Thats part of what I haven't liked, the sack was his fault (ran into the back or his lineman), On the runs it seems like he isn't just going (It looks like he has more yards available than what he's actually getting) Quote
BigGame Posted September 10, 2005 Posted September 10, 2005 the refs. just missed a brutal hold. Quote
dakotadan Posted September 10, 2005 Posted September 10, 2005 Why don't they just put the Winona feed on the FSSN? I would think that they could get the feed very cheap. I don't know why they don't just have their own broadcast. It never made sence to me to air home games and not away games. I would much rather be watching this on channel 23 and not on a small 3 inch computer window. Quote
sprig Posted September 10, 2005 Author Posted September 10, 2005 Winona has a first down at mid field, time is under 1 I think. Quote
iramurphy Posted September 10, 2005 Posted September 10, 2005 I haven't been very impressed with Belmore today. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Even if he is playing well how can they not let Manke play? He has played well this year. He has earned it and there is no excuse not to get him time with the "ones" in the first half. They left Belmore in last year when he didn't play well against St. Cloud and Augie and it cost them one game and almost both games. I can't believe Dale is that thougthless that he doesn't understand what he is doing to the kid and the program when other QB's don't get in. Thomas did the same thing, then when he need the #2 guy they never had experience. Coaches don't send their HS kids to UND to sit on the bench during a blowout! Quote
sprig Posted September 10, 2005 Author Posted September 10, 2005 I'd expect to see some 2nd teamers in the second half, have a little patience. Quote
sprig Posted September 10, 2005 Author Posted September 10, 2005 Winona converts a 3rd and very long, 1st down at the 30. Quote
sprig Posted September 10, 2005 Author Posted September 10, 2005 Sudo-interf. penalty gives Winona a 1st down at the 15. Winona using another QB this series. Quote
sprig Posted September 10, 2005 Author Posted September 10, 2005 Winona with a receiver all alone in the end zone, and the receiver dropped the easy TD pass. Then they miss a FG to end the half. 31-3 Sioux, could be much worse than that. Quote
