No TV that I know of for this game. Sioux pregame starting right now. The Winona video stream appears to be working. Just ads so far but it's running anyway. If you can't get it working, it uses quicktime so make sure you have that installed. It's a pretty decent feed, I find it easier to watch than Dataflix (doesn't have that weird pixel thing going on). INT by Digger set up the 1st TD, second INT taken in for the TD (don't remember which Sioux LB picked that one off), Long run followed by a bubble screen TD, both Dressler, for the 3rd TD.
