Penn St not a great history of dealing with problems up front...they prefer the wait and see if anybody else noticed approach.

I'd assume BECAUSE they've had a terrible history of dealing with issues that would cause them to come down hard on him. I'd bet he gets kicked off the team.

That’s my first thought as well. It’s weird that this happened a few days ago and we are just hearing about it now. 
 

I also am no legal expert, but felony charges being filed seems very bad for McKenna. A little scuffle inside the bar is definitely brushed under the rug.

My gut says the charges will get reduced to misdemeanors, he will get suspended by the team for a few games and that will be it.

Someone on GPL said it would be something they would expect of Keaton Verhoeff.  Just shows the ignorance over there.  Of course we know in the state of Minnesota any behavior like this wouldn’t be a crime anyway.
