What players did Sid Cichy recruit to play football at Shanley?

It was just the inevitable idle talk/rumor.    Not like anything that goes on here.

Lol no. Just joking because it seems the hockey east is raiding every solid portal player from out east. But this one appears to look pretty good for UND as of now.

That's what I was thinking. Obviously fits the mold-- decent sized center and appears to have one year of eligibility left, which would help balance out the classes. Plus good production and a good +/-, so he seems to play a solid 200 ft game. Seems to check all of the boxes..

As long as he wouldn't be Wilkie 2.0.

9 goals as a 3rd line center isn’t good enough?

Considering you can quickly go through gameday line charts to see how much top 6 playing time opportunity he got, no.

So you must be pretty disappointed in us getting Menghini since he was a first liner with not many more goals.  I think Menghini is going to be a fan favorite.  Much rather have a team guy that plays both ends of the ice than a defensive liability.

True, but also was 5th in goals for the team. He got hot at the end of the year and he was one of the few guys that I thought always played hard every game no matter if they were scoring or not. Plenty of other guys you can’t say the same for.

I’d say the expectations coming in(comparing the two) are different but maybe that is just me.

That’s fair and I agree he definitely got things going towards the end of season which was nice to see cause yeah didn’t seem like everyone was giving #full60 effort towards the end.

I'd put money down that Menghini will get more points next season than Wilkie got this season too.  He's already up to speed with NCHC play.

Hopefully we are playing a more aggressive style of play like Western Michigan’s which allows guys to have better stats.  It seems like we would play shut down hockey too often instead of pushing to extend the lead.  That, and another year under the belt of our young defense could help the transition game.  It isn’t always about the forwards inability to score, as the defense have to be transitioning the puck and getting it to them where they have better opportunities to score.

The daughters behavior and attitudes displayed on social media are reprehensible, comes of as entitled rich girl wanna be and frankly is everything I don't want associated with UND.  In all the years I have never experienced any attitude or entitlement from Brad in the community or in interactions, makes you wonder how or where the behaviors were learned.

Disgusting. Embarrassing.

Coach berry’s probably better at keeping things in check. Where the behavior was learned? At home and from other pompous friends n family. We havent heard the last of the berry family. Not much we can do about it. People will soon see, they never really knew this coach and his family.

Looks pretty good for Ellis Rickwood to end up at UND for next season

Would be a nice pickup and add some experience up the middle.  I still think we'd be on the lookout for a 1st line center.  Thanks a lot, BU.
Hard to say how much a good center from the ECAC will transfer over.

So far we have Strinden, Littler, Klee, and Kernan that could play center.  I still think Strinden is more effective at wing, but he could certainly fill a center spot if needed.
Not sure if Jax will want 2+ center spots taken by FR guys, but maybe?  He might be forced to and rely on the talented d-corps and goalie to handle any mistakes for the first half.
