Kunz on the top line?  Okay.

I came here to say the same thing. Coming into the season I thought he’s by top 6 material but he’s not so let’s stop putting him there. @scpa0305 had what could have been one of the best lineups we’d have. Either way it’s time to keep Kunz with Schmaltz as part of a heavy and reliable line to check hard. And trying to turn Schmaltz into an offensive dove defenseman by putting him with Perron is so frustrating. We are wasting Swanson and Perron’s talents by pairing them with the wrong styles

Currently #22 in the Pairwise; just behind Augustana...:whistling:  Playing #25 in the Pairwise (Bemidji).  Time for a players only meeting?  Is this a must-must win?

I’d say it’s must win. A win tonight puts us at a possible 5-1* over that crucial 6 game stretch as long as they don’t lay a turd against Miami next weekend. Miami will be the worst team they’ve faced all season.

*ot “win” vs RMU

Times like this I wish Mario was the captain still.

Last night UND scored a goal from an unexpected shot.  If the team wants to get back into the scoring column they have to take unexpected shots and from unexpected angles.  Those types of shots make it more difficult for the goalie to predict how to cover the goal.  The goalie needs to be nervous of where the next shot is coming from.

Too early in the game to say that.

It's been too long since this team has had a goal that wasn't an "oops" pass attempt from Boisvert.

We've got to understand that every cycle doesn't need to go high to the d man.  We are in love with the scissor cycle, but we don't always need to go low to high.

An open shot on goal close in and instead made a 3 foot pass to a trailing player and that pass was intercepted.  Had UND player taken the shot, there was a high chance for a rebound and the trailing player might have cleaned up the garbage.  Need to shoot sometimes.

Well berry found his next portal goalie :D:D

He has no eligibility, but wouldn’t be surprised if another portal goalie comes in
