What boggles my brain is that teams stack the box against our run game, they throw double coverage at Bo, and yet all of our other receivers are MIA for 90% of the season.

I would like to really know who picks the starting QB.. my assumption is fruechte.. 

Lots of stuff to blame bubba for but I assume this is not one of them.

i really hope we get to see Jerry in the 2nd half.. my expectation is there is no chance that will happen.. but again my assumption it is freuchte not bubba making that call

I agree, if Fruechte wanted Jerry in he would get him in.

This has been a recurring theme across multiple OC's. Head coach 100% has a say in personnel, especially at positions like QB and Romfo fits the mold of what Bubba likes. I have no doubt he has a strong say in who the QB is.

Fruechte could get him in if he wanted.  But Bubba as HC could also getting in if he wanted to. So it's on both at this point.

Erkman out today cuz USD OL drove him into the ground from behind as runner had been tackled in front of him.    

Was late or very close to late when he made contact.  Was for sure very late when he drove him to ground with his full weight.  Erkman had to have trainers there to get him up and was in sling in second half.

That’s my entire point.. if fruechte wanted Jerry.. Jerry would be playing.. a few years back we ran multiple QBs..

we all want to see Jerry.. coaches see them every day

I'm guessing he comes in late 3rd quarter and then the 3rd stringer comes in for the last two drives of the game to get him some meaningful snaps.

Say there is no favoritism and that Romfo is just that much better than Jerry, then the future of the QB position is in big trouble. Romfo might be a nice kid, but he's not an FCS starting QB for what's supposed to be a higher level program.
