brianvf
Good news is that for only the 3rd time all season, WMU's top line was kept off the scoresheet. Bad news is that we couldn't capitalize on that and even pick up a win. Another bad news is that the boys might think that the shootout "win" means that they're good for tomorrow too. Like when we had blowout wins against UNO and Miami on Friday nights...and then lost both Saturday games. My guess is that we aren't able to keep their top line off the scoresheet again tomorrow and we see a WMU win by 2-3 goals.
Oxbow6
Leaving tomorrow with 5 points would be more than I expected.

Esoteric
This team will be better second half. Lets steal one tomorrow and head into the second half. The goal is National Tournament.
bcblues
My wife saw a tweet that said: Maybe what the team needs is Hakstal to stand and stare at the for an hour at practice." Me thinks: Not a bad plan.
Popular Post Kevin G
First time at Lawson. Such a great atmosphere. Super fun. The Lunatics were great. Quite a few UND fans in attendance.

Frozen4sioux
At the end of the day.. It's a tie, that hurt (for now) pairwise. God help the foolish soul that tries to explain that to the mouth breathers on the FBook site(s) now. But it's not a loss so.. Ok.

Someone really should research how many times that’s happened in the last decade with this team.

MafiaMan
19:09 mark 1st period Friday Quinnipiac 1:49 mark 1st period Saturday Quinnipiac 18:37 mark 2nd period Friday Minnesota 18:36 mark 3rd period same same :48 mark 2nd period Saturday Minnesota 19:26 mark 2nd period same game :24 mark 3rd period Saturday Arizona State 19:04 mark 2nd period Friday Omaha 18:23 mark 2nd period Saturday Denver 18:03 mark 3rd period same game 18:15 mark 2nd period Friday Miami 1:39 mark 2nd period Friday St Cloud 18:13 mark 2nd period same game 18:12 mark 2nd period Saturday St Cloud :55 mark 3rd period same game 19:59 mark 1st period tonight WMU That’s SIXTEEN goals against so far this season within the first 2:00 or last 2:00 of a period. And I didn’t include the Saturday St Cloud tally at the 2:04 mark of the 2nd period of the Saturday game because it was 4 seconds outside of my mark, but it also came just 23 seconds after a North Dakota goal. Gee, you think coaches might talk to the kids about this happening a bit too frequently for their liking, but maybe that’s just me…

That's crazy.....fortunately this team has only played 18 games so far.
