Smoggy
As already posted, it really doesn't matter this early in the season. Every team will lose at some point in the season. Big wins for us at the end of the season though, when PowerPoints come into play, as well as Bonus Points. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> If it doesn't matter, why did you bring it up in the first place? OETKB
Hak commented on the attitude of the team. No one cares who scores or takes the glory. That's good to hear. We don't need a team of superstars and role-players. We need a team like '00, where everybody plays hard and smart, overcomes penalties and hostile crowds, and goes all the way to an NC. Go Sioux! DamStrait
Stafford, 2 games, 2 GWGs. Guess the NHL scouts know something after all.

spfreak
That Greene hit was one hell of a hit. The Maine announcers said that there was some chiclets on the ice . Then they showed Damon on the bench and he looked like he wasn't exactly sure where he was. Another one for the highlight reel.
brianvf
Stafford, 2 games, 2 GWGs. Guess the NHL scouts know something after all. Stafford started last season with a few GWG's as well. Let's hope he can keep it up. How about Spirko? 5 points on the weekend. Very impressive.
sagard
That is a very impressive start to a season. Flat out amazing. Those who picked UMD to win the league, must have forgotten about a team that beat them five times last year.
dagies
Spirko POG? SWEET! It's so early you hate to get too excited but one can't help but be optimistic about how the season can go going on the road to a tough place to play and sweeping a team that hasn't been swept at home in 19 years. Nice job Fighting Sioux! What a great way to start out. Now, if we can just keep that #1 ranking off our back! Congratulations to Coach Hakstol on a great start to his first season as the HC. Blackheart
Sweet!!!!! The Sioux win and the Bosox are in the ALCS; if only the Twins could have picked it up a notch....
#1siouxfan22
What happened to Zajac this weekend? 0 pts, did he play on a lower line or not play much or what?
forecheck
REA needs to do some research and find out how Maine produces their webcast. Dagwoods played the webcast on their big screens last night and it looked pretty good.

Surely you jest.
nodakvindy
I've watched both dataflix and last night's Maine broadcast. When dataflix is on, like it was at the end of last season, they are quite comparable. I think dataflix is fine, they just need to make sure all the equipment is up to par. The Maine product certainly wasn't worth twice as much.

AZSIOUX
agree, although the the ralphs has not been to bad the big difference is that you can make it a full screen on maines and last years wisconsins also. i don't think you can do that on the ralphs webcast unless i am just an idiot and do not know how to do it. maines was a good feed. normal buffering a few times but worth it to watch the sioux..... sprig
Actually you can go full screen with the ralph's webcast, but it is not a good at the Maine webcast was.
