I didn't see the Shaw penalty but what frustrates me the most is there is no definitive line at what constitutes interference...  by the rule book, there is interference at a rate of about 2 a minute.

As long as it is consistently called between the teams, that us the norm (at least for some ref crews).

Yeah and nobody wants to see it called every two minutes, which is why it's only called if it's obvious.

Exactly... but there in lies the rub...  where is the line?  What is obvious?  If the refs call it consistently I am fine with it but that seems to be a rarity with NCAA officiating.
