NoiseInsideMyHead
The North Dakota Legislature appears likely to be sending to the Governor a bill permitting cities to install parking meters. How does the thought of having to pay to park affect your downtown dining options? Assume for the sake of argument that the meters will be active 7 days a week, and during lunch and dinner hours, and will take credit cards/pay by phone, and that the app is easily downloaded and user-friendly. WiSioux
When I first arrived in Grand Forks I remember calling back home and telling them amazed that parking downtown was free. I had never seen free parking downtown before.

fightingsioux4life
I will never put a dime of my money into one of those things. I will treat parking meters as No Parking signs. I think it will get referred to the voters anyway.
Cratter
If it means more open convenient spots because someone wants to save a buck, I'd take it.
