Vegas_Sioux Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 If it's mono, I'd say after Christmas, and he won't look the same the rest of the year.then I'd say apply for a medical redshirt and not waste a year as a true freshman. Quote
InHeavenThereIsNoBeer Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 then I'd say apply for a medical redshirt and not waste a year as a true freshman. Might be a slight overreaction, we could use his scoring touch on the run to Tampa. Quote
82SiouxGuy Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 then I'd say apply for a medical redshirt and not waste a year as a true freshman. That's not how the medical redshirt works. If he is healthy enough to play in the the last half of the season then he is not eligible to get a medical redshirt. Quote
bigskyvikes Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 So what this means is at -185 you would need to bet $185 on UND to Win $100... (the + is the underdog) meaning at +145 a $100 wager on vermont would win you $145.would you then get to cash out at $285? Scary risk! Quote

siouxforce19 Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 Well just got into my hotel in Burlington- those 5 am flights really exhaust a girl out. I did see I am less than half a mile from Magic Hat Brewing Company- it's like they just knew what I was gonna need... Quote

dagies Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 Don't I get some brownie points for driving all the way to Maine to attend the Icebreaker? Besides, it is early in the season and I have to pace myself. I will say that all of the shenanigans by other schools may cut down on our road trips this year simply because we can't get tickets.this is a UND hockey message board. What have you done for us lately? Quote
UND-RedSox fan Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 then I'd say apply for a medical redshirt and not waste a year as a true freshman. Don't quote me on this but with mono, rupturing a spleen is the big worry with contact sports and it can remain enlarged for months. Very variable how long he could be out. Quick look at recommendations is 4 weeks without contact and it can be longer. Quote
