The UAA coach was saying in a pregame interview that Maryville will be playing a hybrid season next year, before going D1 in 2027 or 2028 🤔

If he really wants this to be a reality, I’d start at FGCU they just need funding every thing else is in place. UCF, USF, and Tampa would be the next three after FGCU. Those three tend to be the better hockey teams.

I didn't see the post when I looked as they are playing Penn State outdoors. Looks like it was a reply to the outdoor game post.

This might be the feasibility study that raised eyebrows that Hogan was talking about.

I wonder if the new Oklahoma arena will have ice making.

You know they aren’t hockey people when they call it a stadium rather than an arena.

Not sure if these are the same but at 15:10 he Sean Hogan said they did a feasibility study on the East Coast with a suitable arena close by.  Not sure if it's the same school or not, but he also said (at about 30:20) that a major donor who was interested in college hockey reached out to him about a week ago - I think they may be different situations based on the context of the interview.  Interview is a week old.
