Before the game, it's "K-State by 40." After the game, it's "worst team in the Big 12. Maybe a 3-4 win season." Iowa State's coach on the hot seat already... These good-to-great FCS teams that "upset" lower-level FBS teams happen with such regularity these days that you almost can't call them "upsets" anymore. Now, Jacksonville State over Michigan State?
