Not to mention that rule was put in place for TV ratings, not attendance. In a typical tournament setting(neutral ice) you would be correct. But these are simply home games for the Gophers with the times already decided. It's OUR home schedule. Of course we should get the 7pm time slot. Then why give it a name? Whereas the other teams fans bothered to take the time to travel and see the game in person. Probably larger TV numbers outside the Metro than in. I thought tomorrows game was part of Hockey Day and was outdoors. Either way think how few will show up in 6 degrees in Minneapolis. They whine that it is cold when it is 20 above.
