Did Hak get a penalty when he flipped the ref off a few years back?

Not during the game since I don't think it was caught by the referee since he was skating away when Hak did it.

Coincidentally, the referee that Hakstol flipped off was Don Adam I believe.

The thing that bugs me is that the refs seem to know that they are making bad calls so they then do make-up calls or make-up non-calls.

I think the real problem is that some refs think that they should be in the spotlight as much as the players.
